Banerjee) Mr. Abhijit Sarkar Mr. Raja Biswas ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the 5th plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Court of 1st Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Howrah to dispose of Title Suit No. 200 of 2017 expeditiously. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned trial judge.

From the order-sheets appended to the application this court finds that February 25, 2025 was fixed for filing of the written statement by the defendant nos. 12 and 13.

CO 1615 of 2025 is disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 1st Court at Howrah shall make an endeavour to dispose of Title Suit No. 200 of 2017 expeditiously after the suit is made ready for hearing.
