It has been brought to the notice of the Court that the Insurance Company has withdrawn the impugned cancellation letter.

The agreed amount of Rs. 1,09,375/- is being handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner by the learned advocate representing the Insurance Company by a demand draft being No. 194380 dated 2nd June, 2025 drawn on the HDFC Bank.

In view of the above, no further issue remains to be decided in the instant writ petition.

Copy of the demand draft mentioned hereinabove be retained with the records.

5.

Copy of the settlement dated 4th June, 2025 signed by the complainant and their advocate and the Insurance Company and their advocate be retained with the records.

The writ petitions stand disposed of.

7.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
