Thereafter, in respect of a matter of similar nature in WP 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh - versus- The State of West Bengal & ors.) this Court had passed different directions upon the School Service Commission and on July 09, 2021 after publication of a new interview list following Rule 12(4) of the relevant Rules that matter was disposed of by giving a general direction to the persons interested.

This matter being a similar matter, I hold that the parties have the liberty to follow the directions given in that writ application in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh -versus- State of West Bengal & others).

With this direction, this writ application is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court.
