Mr. Abhra Mukherjee For the petitioner.
Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Sandip Chakraborty ....for the State.
Mr. Aniket Mitra ....for the WBSEDCL.
Mr. Abhra Mukherjee, learned advocate appears for the petitioners.
Mr. Aniket Mitra, learned advocate appears on behalf of the WBSEDCL.
Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to appear in this matter. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course.
In view of the submission advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioners and the fact that the interim order
was not extended after 25th June, 2013, I am of the view that further pendency of this revisional application would deter the proceedings before the learned court below. The petitioners would be at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in this revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings before the learned court below.
Consequently, the present revisional application being CRR 1474 of 2012 is dismissed.
All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim orders, if any, be vacated.
All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J. )
