1. The petitioners have challenged an election process conducted by the Merlin Uttara Apartment Owners' Association registered under the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972. The petitioners have complained to the Special Secretary and Competent Authority. The Competent Authority has called for a hearing on 1st July, 2024 at 2:00 P.M.

2. In those circumstances, this Court sees absolutely no urgency in the matter being listed out of turn before this assigned Bench. There is even otherwise no merit in the writ petition.

3. W.P.A. No. 10999 of 2024 shall stand dismissed with costs assessed at Rs.5,100/- (Rupees five thousand one hundred only) payable by the petitioners to each of the private respondents as well as the State.

4. The instructions of the State respondents filed in Court today are kept with the record.

5. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
