Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including statement of the minor child who was present at the place of occurrence. He has been implicated the petitioners in the murder. In view of the aforesaid facts and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to them at this stage.
