In the matter of : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The present revisional application has been preferred in respect of execution case being M Ex. No.3 of 2011 arising out of Case No. C-27 of 2010 corresponding to T177/10 then pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24 Paraganas, wherein a claim of Rs.17,000 was made by the opposite party no.2. Having regard to the contentions so advanced by the petitioner, I am of the view that the same is required to be adjudicated by the learned Magistrate and do not call for any interference by this court.
Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1481 of 2012 is disposed of.
All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
