This application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner assailing the order dated 9.7.2012 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Krishnagar, Nadia in Criminal Motion No. 67 of 2011 wherein the order dated 7.3.2011 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Krishnagar in M.R. Case No. 590 (iv) of 2008 in favour of opposite party no.1 Jakira Bibi was affirmed. On the very first date, petitioner sought for adjournment but no steps taken thereafter for the purpose of issuance of notice upon the opposite party. No interim order has been passed in favour of the petitioner.
Under such circumstances, the revisional application is dismissed for default.
Let a copy of this order be sent to the 3rd Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Krishnagar, Nadia and also to learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Krishnagar, Nadia for information. Accordingly, the criminal revision is disposed of. (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
