Mr. Dyatiman Banerjee Mr. Prasanta Kumar Roy ....for the Petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the petitioners praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 2nd Court at Asansol to dispose of Title Suit No. 15 of 2024 expeditiously. When the matter is taken up for hearing learned advocate for the petitioners submits that a direction be passed upon the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the injunction application expeditiously.

From the order sheet appended in this application this Court finds that 3rd June, 2025 has been fixed for haring of the injunction application. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the written objection to such application has already been filed and the injunction application is otherwise ready for hearing.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, this Court feels that there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, learned advocate for the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with

this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge.

In the light of the said submission, CO 1583 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Second 2nd Court at Asansol to take up the hearing of the injunction application on the next date fixed, that is on 3rd June, 2025 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

After disposal of the injunction application, learned Trial Judge shall make endeavors to dispose of the suit without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
