Thereafter in a similar matter a general direction has been given to the School Service Commission as well as to the aggrieved candidates which will appear fully from the order passed in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh -Vs.- State of West Bengal & Ors.).

The petitioners shall have the liberty to proceed in terms of the above order.

I do not find anything further to be decided in this writ application after the decision given in the above referred matter being WPA 10789 of 2021. Hence, this writ application is disposed of.

Learned advocate for the petitioners has intimated this court that full court fees in respect of the petitioners have been paid against entry no. A-6724 dated 9th July, 2021.
