1. It is submitted on behalf of the appellants/applicants that, in view of the fact that the suit is valued at Rs.1,00,200/-, the instant appeal is not maintainable in view of Section 21(1)(a) of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Court (West Bengal Amendment) Act 2000.

2. In view thereof, the appeal is not maintainable.

3. However, this order shall not prevent the appellants to prefer an appeal in accordance with law and be presented before the Appellate Forum within a period of three weeks from date.

4. The appellants shall be entitled to the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
