Dr. Sutanu Kr. Patra Mr. Supriya Dubey....for the SSC This writ application has been filed by 4 petitioners. Full court fees have been paid by them. I am told by the learned advocate for the petitioner that it has been filed against Entry no. A-7362 dated 22.7.2021.

Learned advocate for the petitioners also submits that this is a matter similar to WPA 11179 of 2021 passed by this court on 27th July, 2021. I passed the similar order in this matter as prayed for by the learned Advocate for the petitioner. The order that was passed in the said writ application is as follows:- "Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that this matter is similar to one matter in which order passed by this court in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) on 9th July, 2021. In that matter candidate was granted liberty to file representation before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission individually and

not jointly and certain directions were also given by this Court upon the School Service Commission. I have been intimated that this order has been carried to appeal and the appeal Court's has passed an order. Therefore, the order passed by this Court in the above writ application does not have any separate existence and now has merged with the order passed by the appeal Court on 20th July, 2021. The petitioner has the liberty to follow the appeal court's order.

With the above direction this writ application is disposed of."

However I make it clear that date for filing representation cannot be extended by this court. This writ application is disposed of.
