This writ application has been filed by 114 petitioners who have paid full Court fees against Entry No. A-6725 dated July 09, 2021.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that their necessary pleading is at paragraph 13 where they have stated that as per the vacancies published by the West Bengal School Service Commission, there were four vacancies in the OBC category and 123 vacancies in the ST category but still the petitioners were not called for the interview though they were called for verification. In paragraph 11 they have stated that the petitioners are untrained candidates but

they expect for a call from the School Service Commission in the concerned post in their category as it was intimated by the Commission in their advertisement that untrained candidates may also be considered if vacancies are there after accommodating trained candidates.

Learned advocate for the petitioners has referred to prayer 'b' and 'd'. In prayer 'd' the petitioners have prayed for equal opportunity to be provided to the petitioners and they are to be called for the interview. The bottom line of the matter is that the petitioners are untrained candidates and they want a call for interview if the vacancies were not filled up by the School Service Commission in the first State Level Selection Test-2016.

The petitioners also submitted that they are not named in the interview list.

In one matter being WPA 10789 of 2021 wherein an order was passed by this Court on July 09, 2021, this Court granted liberty to the candidates to ventilate their grievances by way of representation to the School Service Commission. The present petitioners also have the same liberty but whether they would exercise the same or not can only be their choice.

For this reason, the matter is not entertained by this Court as because they can

approach the Commission. It has not been shown before this Court whether the petitioners have approached the Commission or not.

In such circumstances, I do not entertain this writ application and the same is dismissed without any order as to costs.
