For NCB A copy of the application is served on the learned advocate appearing for the NCB in Court today. Mr. Ray, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for 21⁄2 years and only the complaint has been filed by NCB and, accordingly, prays for expeditious commencement of trial of the case.

After hearing both sides the learned Court is requested to expedite the trial.

CRR 1829 of 2022 stands disposed of.
