State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities have been successful in laying their hands on the bank documents, accounts as well as locker.

The investigation of the case has already led to the fact that certain pledging of gold were done at the instance of the accused persons(s).

Having considered that the investigation of the case is in progress

and the financial accounts have already been retrieved, I am of the view that the police authorities, at this stage, are progressing with the investigation. However, further efforts are required to be put in so that within a reasonable period of time the investigation can be taken to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10131 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
