Case No. 210 of 2024 dated 09.06.2024.

To that effect, charge-sheet has been submitted before the learned jurisdictional court.

As the petitioner complained of recurring harassment and torture being inflicted upon the father at the behest of the private respondents i.e., the son and the daughter-in-law, I grant liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive petition before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate in seisin of Pathar Pratima P.S. Case No.

210 of 2024.

The learned Magistrate will ascertain regarding the genuinity of the accusations and, thereafter, if he thinks fit and proper, would alter and/or modify the conditions of bail to the extent of directing the private respondents to stay outside the jurisdiction of the concerned police station for a period, which he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11026 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with

the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
