The said report reflects that pursuant to the order dated 13.09.2023, statement of complainant viz., Puneet Chawla, Director of P.C. Ferro Melters Pvt. Ltd. has been recorded and a declaration has also been taken from him. The contents of the same reflects that the complainant is not inclined to proceed with the case which was registered for investigation relating to Durgapur Police Station Case No. 06 of 2023 dated 03.01.2023.

The parties have amicably settled the dispute. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that as the nature of the offences complained of arises out of some commercial relationship, further continuance of the proceedings relating to Durgapur Police Station Case No. 06 of 2023 dated 03.01.2023 under Sections 418/420/406/34 of the Indian

Penal Code pending before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur is hereby quashed.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1548 of 2023 along with CRAN 1 of 2023 is allowed. Pending any other connected application is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
