The petitioner seeks compassionate appointment in the municipality.

As on date, there is no scheme of the municipality permitting appointment on compassionate grounds.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

However, if in future any scheme is formulated for providing compassionate appointment, then the petitioner may apply in accordance with the same, provided the scheme permits the same.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
