In spite of giving several opportunities to the appellant to remove the defects as reported by the stamp reporter on Jne 14, 2021, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of our order dated January 4, 2022.

There will be no order as to costs.

The learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) is directed to enquire as to why the present second appeal filed on July 3, 2000 was placed before the stamp reporter only on June 14, 2021 and to see that in future such lapses do not occur. This order shall be immediately communicated to the learned Registrar Administration (L & OM).
