For the respondents The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the refusal of the respondents authorities to expedite the process of recruitment of the petitioner under the provision of the Land Loosers scheme.

A Report filed by the State respondents suggests that due to a pending civil suit and land dispute the petitioner is not being given compassionate appointment.

W.P.A. 10166 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 i.e. General Manager (Personnel and Industrial Relations) or his delegate to consider the representation of the petitioner and afford a right of hearing to all the affected parties, if necessary, before passing any final order.

The respondent no.3 is also directed to strictly act in accordance with law and dispose of the representation made by

the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of this case and the respondent no. 3 is at liberty to act in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation on the merits of the case.
