Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the police authorities have incorporated diluted sections, although the victim in connection with the Nakashipara Police Station case no. 278/2025 have suffered grievous injury. According to the learned advocate for the petitioner the incident took place on 16.03.2025 and till date the victim is admitted at NRS Hospital.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the investigation of the case is still in progress. It has also been submitted that the petitioner's son has been discharged on or about 19.03.2025.

Be that as it may, if the medical reports are available with the petitioner in respect of the injuries so sustained by his son, petitioner will place the same before the investigating officer who would seize and assess and thereafter, if required add necessary sections. Petitioner has also prayed for return of some of the seized item, if such an application is preferred before the

learned Magistrate, learned Magistrate would consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10146 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
