In view of the innocuous nature of the order proposed to be passed, no prior service of notice on the opposite parties is deemed necessary.

Keeping in view the urgency involved, since the injunction application of the petitioner, pending in the court below, might be rendered infructuous if delayed further, C. O. No. 1221 of 2021 is disposed of by requesting the Civil Judge (Junior Division), First Court at Barasat, DistrictNorth 24 Parganas, to dispose of the injunction application filed by the plaintiff-petitioner in the said court in connection with Title Suit No. 192 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, positively within two months from the date of communication of this order to the court below.

The learned advocate for the petitioner shall communicate this order, along with a server copy thereof, to the opposite parties and/or the learned advocate(s) appearing for the opposite parties in the court below as well as to the court below to ensure due compliance of the same.

The parties as well as the trial court shall act on such written communication without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy of this order.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
