Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that there are criminal antecedents so far as the petitioner is concerned with regard to the coal smuggling. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case dairy, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 2450 of 2022 is dismissed.
