Mr. Ajoy Roy Chowdhury ...for the petitioner Mr. Abhiman Rakshit ... for OP no.2 The prayers which have been advanced in the instant revisional application are as follows:- "(a) to Quash, Set aside or stay the execution petition M.Ex 67 of 2022 arising out of the petition M 515 of 2016 till disposal of perjury proceeding at the court below as per direction of Hon'ble High Court dated 12.4.2021. (b) any other order or orders as your Honor may deem fit and proper for ends of justice."

The main proceedings in M Case No.515 of 2016, such as trial and evidence of section 125 CrPC, are pending for the last seven years. There was a direction of this court dated April 12, 2021 to proceed with the trial of the case.

The petitioner has grievance and intends to agitate his perception of perjury.

If the law permits the same, he would be at liberty to agitate in accordance with law; but under no circumstances, the trial of M Case No.515 of 2016 be further stalled. The same should be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time and completed within a year from the date of communication of this order before the learned trial court.

No interference is called for in this revisional application. Accordingly, CRR No.1832 of 2022 stands disposed of. Pending application, if any, stands consequently disposed of.
