The petitioner seeks benefit of the order dated 09.04.2024 passed in WPA 3268 of 2015 (Sourav Naskar and others Vs. State of West Bengal and others).

The cut off date mentioned in the said order is up to 31.03.2024. In the instant case, the writ petition was affirmed on 21.03.2024 but filed on 16.04.2024. The petitioner cannot be given the benefits of the same.

Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby dismissed.
