Ms. Alam, learned Advocate for the Union of India/alleged contemnor undertakes to file the printout of the WhatsApp message as received from her client in course of this day.

In view of such submission and in view of the absence of the petitioner this Court finds no reason to proceed with the instant contempt application any further.

In view of such, CPAN 713 of 2024 is disposed of toward its full satisfaction.
