Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondents are unnecessarily interfering and disturbing the peaceful enjoyment and possession of the property of the petitioner and to that effect, in spite of informing the police authorities, no effective steps were taken for which the private respondents continued their illegal activities.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 6, 7 and 8 disputes and denies such contention of the petitioner and submits that a civil dispute has been given the cloak of police inaction.

State has submitted a report which reflects that at the relevant point of time since there was a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, appropriate proceedings were drawn

up and the police authorities ensured that there is no breach of the peace and tranquility.

Prima facie, it reflects that there is dispute and difference between the petitioner and the private respondents. Consequently, if the petitioner faces further inconveniences, petitioner would be at liberty to inform the police authorities who would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 11062 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
