That order has been carried to appeal and the appeal court has passed some directions.

The petitioner has the liberty to follow the appeal court's direction but this order cannot be interpreted that time for filing representation to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission is being extended. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
