It is submitted that investigation is complete.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered materials on record including the statements of witnesses. Petitioner was a member of an unlawful assembly who attacked and stabbed the victim. As a result, the victim died.

In view of the incriminating facts implicating the petitioner and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
