Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are case and counter case. Both sides received injuries.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State refers to the injury reports and shows that the victim suffered grievous injury. There are statements of witnesses where the petitioner's name has been clearly mentioned.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the nature of injury inflicted, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 1543 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
