Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered materials on record including the statement of the victim girl disclosing prima facie role of the petitioner as the principal accused who had ravished her. In view of the materials on record and gravity of the offence and as his prayer for bail was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this court in March 2022, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
