2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the Chief Secretary, Government of West Bengal for consideration of the representation for appointment of the petitioner/NGO for fighting for the rights of the downtrodden and underprivileged people of the society.

3. Learned advocate for the petitioner is unable to produce before this Court any supporting law relying on which the prayer of the petitioner may be considered.

4. It does not appear that any of the fundamental rights of the petitioner has been infringed in any manner whatsoever requiring interference by the writ Court.

5. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

6. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
