The petitioner has filed one supplementary affidavit pursuant to the leave granted by this court which is kept on record.

Mr. Sanjay Baid, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Council for the Indian School Certificate

Examinations submits that the dispute has almost been settled as the school submitted all the papers to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations and on that basis, the marksheet has been prepared which will be supplied to the daughter of the petitioner within a fortnight.

The school wanted to file an affidavit as per direction of this court which is accepted.

With this direction, the matter is disposed of. Accordingly, the application being CAN 1 of 2021 is also disposed of.
