Having considered materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime against a minor and as prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected in April 2022 by a co-ordinate Bench of this court and there is no change in circumstance since the said rejection of bail, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
