Ms. Bhattacharyya, learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education submits that the Board on receipt of the medical examination report of the petitioner published a notice in its website on January 31, 2024 requiring the petitioner to collect the appointment letter on February 01, 2024 at 12 Noon from the office of the Board, upon furnishing the documents mentioned in the said notice but she did not turn up.

Ms. Nandy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had missed the said notice. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to meet the concerned authority of the Board today with relevant documents to collect the appointment letter.

W.P.A. 10192 of 2023 is disposed of with the above observations without any order as to costs.
