Counsel for the petitioners submits that his clients have now been restored possession of their residence and are living there. He further submits that the private respondents do not threaten the petitioners any further.

However, it is submitted that there are certain third persons, who are still threatening the petitioners. A complaint to that effect has been lodged with the Hasnabad Police Station on 24th June, 2021. In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of directing the Inspector-incharge, Hasnabad Police Station to investigate into the complaint dated 24th June, 2021 filed by the petitioners in accordance with law.

Inspector-in-charge, Hasnabad Police Station has submitted a report dated 19th July, 2021 which is taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
