The petitioner claims to be the recorded owner of the plot in question and alleges that the private respondents have raised construction therein by encroaching upon the same. The petitioner has sought recalling of any sanctioned building plan which may have been granted in favour of the private respondents.

The dispute appears to be civil in nature.

On prayer of the petitioner, liberty is granted to withdraw the application and take necessary steps before the appropriate forum for redressal of her grievance. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
