The petitioners are aggrieved that the private respondents are obstructing them from entering into their own land. The private respondents are the family members of the petitioners.

There is dispute with regard to the shares of the family members in the property.

This Court is of the view that the petitioners may avail appropriate civil proceedings to redress their grievances against the private respondent.

Kalyani Police Station, Ranaghat Police District shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

The instructions of Inspector-in-charge, Kalyani Police Station dated 10th December, 2022 addressed to

the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta be taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
