This is an application for bail.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have heard the learned advocates for the parties and considered the materials in case diary. Earlier on 15th February, 2021 and 6th December, 2021, the petitioner's application for bail was rejected by two Coordinate Benches of this Court.

Considering the prima facie involvement of the petitioner with regard to contraband substance and that above commercial quantity of contraband having been recovered from his possession and there is no subsequent change in circumstances from the earlier rejection warranting filing of the present bail application, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus rejected.
