Mr. Tanmoy Mukherjee Mr. Arup Kumar Chatterjee Ms. Priti Jain ... for the petitioners This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the complainants praying for a direction upon the West Bengal Real Estate Regulatory Authority (WBRERA) to dispose of the execution proceedings arising out of Complaint No. WBRERA/COM (PHYSICAL) 000004 expeditiously.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners draws the attention of the Court to the order dated 9th July, 2024 wherefrom it appears that August 21, 2024 was fixed for further hearing. He further submits that no further dates have been fixed in the execution proceedings.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties

or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned trial judge.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, C.O. 1586 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the West Bengal Real Estate Regulatory Authority to make an endeavour to dispose of the execution proceedings arising out of Complaint Case No. WBRERA/COM (PHYSICAL) 000004 as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of four months from the receipt of a server copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
