There is a long standing dispute existing between the petitioners and the private respondents. To that effect exhaustively the Civil Court has dealt with the issues. Mr. Banerjee, learned Additional Government Pleader appears on behalf of the State and has submitted a report. Report reflects that second appeal is pending and a status quo order has been passed till disposal of the appeal.

Considering the exhaustive report submitted by the State which has been prepared by the Inspector-inCharge, Kharagpur Town Police Station, it is transparent that the police authorities are well aware regarding the ground realities. Police authorities as such would continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results from the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10150 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
