It appears from the submissions made on behalf of all the parties that the relief prayed for by the petitioner in the instant writ petition cannot be granted in their favour in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench on April 21, 2021 in MAT 297 of 2021, IA No. CAN 1 of 2021(Akbar Ali Khan vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.).
In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to
approach the appropriate forum strictly in accordance with law, for redressal of his grievances, if so advised. The writ petition stands disposed of.
