Co accuseds are on bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered materials on record. It appears that the offending weapon of offence was recovered on the leading statement of the petitioner. He does not stand on the same footing with the co-accuseds who have been enlarged on bail.

In view of the aforesaid facts and bearing in mind the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
