Learned counsel appears and submits that by this revisional application, the proceeding in connection with Bhaktinagar Police Station Case No. 228 of 2017 dated 7th March, 2017 under Section 3(f) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 was assailed with a prayer for quashing the same.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has filed a copy of Final Report as Mistake of Facts (FRMF) in connection with Bhaktinagar Police Station Case No. 228 of 2017 dated 7th March, 2017.

3. Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners also files written instruction of all the petitioners inclining to not press this revisional application.

4. Given facts and circumstances, the revisional application stands dismissed being not pressed as well as infructuous.

5. Pending application, if any, also stands dismissed.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
