Mr. Debabrata Saha Roy Ms. Pampa Dey Dhabal Mr. Subhankar Das Ms. Sangita Banerjee ... for the applicant. Applicant alleges violation of the order dated 16th August, 2023 passed by a coordinate Bench. It is also alleged that in spite of cancellation of the license of respondent no. 6 the said respondent no. 6 is being permitted to procure food grains in gross violation of the direction as contained in the said order dated 16th August, 2023. Today no one is representing the alleged contemnors.

Learned advocate representing the applicant is directed to serve notice upon the Sub-Divisional Controller, Food and Supplies, Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas, being alleged contemnor no. 2 enclosing copy of the order passed by this Court today by two weeks from date and file affidavit of service on the adjourned date.

List the contempt application under the same heading on 2nd February, 2024.

However, it is made clear that if on the next date in spite of service of notice no one represents the alleged contemnor no. 2 necessary order shall

be passed ensuring personal presence of the alleged contemnor no. 2 on the next returnable date.

In addition thereto, learned advocate for the applicant is directed to serve notice upon all other alleged contemnors by two weeks from date.

Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the applicant is taken on record.
