I have reason to believe that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the application. The revisional application, being C.O. 1628 of 2019 is dismissed for default.

Let copy of the order dated 2nd January, 2020 passed in Misc. Case No. 01 of 2019 be kept with the record. Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. There will be no order as to costs.
