Present application has been filed challenging the order dated 28th February, 2025 for the personal appearance of the petitioner nos.1 and 2.

Petitioner nos.1 and 2 are stated to be more than 75 years of age and her father-in-law and mother-in-law of the opposite party no.2.

I have considered the submissions, taking into account and facts and circumstances and the age of the petitioner, let petitioner nos.1 and 2 appear through their learned counsel before the learned trial court. Subject to the condition that identity of the petitioners shall not be disputed and the adjournment shall not be taken by the defence on account of non appearance of petitioner nos.1 and 2. Petitioner nos.1 and 2 shall also appear before the learned trial court if specifically directed to be so.

CRR 1987 of 2025 stands disposed of.
