Fetnab Bibi From the office report dated January 31, 2022, it appears that the administrative notice could not be served on the appellants no. 1 and 2 as it was returned unserved with the postal endorsement "deceased". The appellant no. 3, however, served, but not represented. The appellants continued to remain unrepresented since July 29, 2021.

The appeal is tendered in the year 2002. The additional stamp reporter reported several defects on August 18, 2011, but no attempt is made to remove such defect.

In view thereof, the appeal stands dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
