Though court fees in respect of only one has been paid. However, learned Advocate for the petitioner has intimated me in the course of the hearing that deficit court fees in respect of another petitioner has been paid under Entry no. A-6821 dated 12th July, 2021. The petitioner has referred the interview list published on 21.6.2021 by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission and has claimed certain reliefs in respect of the subject 'Geography'.

In respect of such allegations to the said interview list of 21st June, 2021, a matter has already been decided by this court being W.P. No. 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) wherein certain directions have been given to the parties.

In view of the said order, I do not find anything to be adjudicated in this matter as the petitioners have the

liberty to approach the School Service Commission individually and not jointly by filing representation, whether they will do so or not, is their choice. They have only given liberty to do that.

In this view of the matter, I do not find anything to be adjudicated in this writ application.

Hence this writ application is dismissed.
