Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the injured person. The de facto complainant is represented.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that there are statements of the injured person recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicating the petitioners, we are unable to grant

anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail, C.R.M. 4370 of 2021, is rejected.
